Pokémon TCG Live will be offline for maintenance from 16:00 ~ 24:00 (UTC) on November 11, 2025.
The Code Card Redemption Website will also be briefly offline from 16:00 ~ 19:00 during the above maintenance window.

19011 error
Was playing the game today on MAC PRO and it froze in my deck selection, after closing and reopening, the game will not start with error code 19011 appearing. I’ve cleared caches, uninstalled the game with reinstalling, closed and stop background apps , downloaded new updates for the computer but still have this issue on my account.
