Which fictional character would be able to defeat Arceus (strongest form) solo?

Arceus is a literal god and I am thinking about other games and other protagonists who have defeated equivalents of god (with god-like powers and generally OP). What fictional character would be able to defeat Arceus and be the last one standing?

    in my opinion the fictional 1 billion lions that beat all pokemon from the 1 billion lions thread would be able to solo arceus pretty well
