Do you like how Unite is Pay-to-Win now?

Over the past year or so, this game has became a pay to win when new pokemon are released, they are making them incredibly over powred. And you have to pay to get them, by the time they are made free they are nerfed and no longer as good. Do you like this new style of pay-to-win?

yes, it’s unfortunate. The company is doing a great job of alienating its audience.

Not sure if you know this but most mobas do this when they release new characters. Also usually new characters come with game updates that would balance the game the best way possible. Some characters get nerf some buffed. So don’t think it’s just this game that does this. League of legends, vainglory (RIP), DOTA, Arena of valor, etc… just adding my two cents. See you on the battle field!!!

I don't think pay to win and new Pokemon affects Unite. It is a skill issue, INCLUDING ME. I started to realize that we can use any Pokemon until we find one that can give a disadvantage to a new Pokemon. For example, you know players love to use Galarian Rapidash and run around. One big disadvantage for this Pokemon is the mean lock by Umbreon. It is funny to watch Galarian Rapidash get stuck and can't run away for short.
It is just we are getting more new players with less experience who don't know how to keep us as a team, and somehow, I feel like Unite pushes all 1500 and above who will not join us anymore. I have been the first top player in the matchmaking EVERY time. If you are on the first, you are screwed because you get all below 1400 and lower than your master rank. Horrible matchmaking.
