Account issues
I have been playing this game for a couple of years now and this is the third time I’ve been randomly logged out of my account and lost all progress when I tried to log back in. I don’t know why this keeps happening but it’s making it very difficult to continue playing. I’ve tried account recovery multiple times but nothing seems to work. 2 days ago I was about level 80 for my profile had multiple bought packs and decks today I am level 1 with nothing. Why does this keep happening?

Just got a similar bug, where a message shows up saying "trying to reconnect" or something similar, but never got back in the game… the timer finished and had to reopen the game to see my progress reseted…
This kind of random hopeless bugs really ruin the game experience, I want to give it a chance but… this is just a shame…
