Missing card from paid pack

Received a rare Erika card in a pack and it does not show up in my collection. This was a paid pack so very frustrated. Tried contacting customer support a week ago and never heard back. Makes me worry other cards have gone missing.

    Seems like there is a missing card from my collection. No history showing of it being traded.
