Unable to use Tulip Supporter Card

I notice since yesterday, i am unable to use this Tulip (supporter) card. i am aware of the 1 time per turn use of supporter card. I have multiple energy and pokemon in the discard pile. in every game, every round i cant use the card! WHY?!

    I can't remember if I've used it in the past couple of days, as the game has been running very slow for me and haven't been able to play much, but I do use Tulip in my Decks so this concerns me…

    Hi Trainers,

    I just played a game and I was unable to play my supporter cards. It appears to have been a bug but I don’t know if it’s only an issue on mobile iOS devices?
