    I actually have data to support the claim that going first is worse than going second. I kept track of 100 matches. In those 100 matches, I went first 46 times (46%) and my record when going first was 5-41 for a win percentage of 10.87% (11% rounded up).

    11%.

    So, if you are unlucky enough to go first, your chances of winning the match are highly improbable.

    Going second is objectively a handicap, most of the time you can't recover from. Attaching that first energy is a MUST and the devs are pants on head stupid for not allowing that. 90 percent of games lost? going first. 90 percent of games won? Going second.

    I'm not the only person that knows the truth and you people making excuses for deliberately BAD design is frustrating.
