ERROR:10011 - New player

Hello, I just signed up to play and I am unable to get it to load past 11/44 getting this error. I have closed steam and Epic as someone else suggested but same thing.

I got it after the paradox rift update. Usually on days where there is great wifi it lets me back on

Same here, but it suddenly have to login again and this happened

It looks like that you are playing Pokémon Trading Card Game Live in an invalid country. In my support ticket for the same error, Agent_Zara replied to me:

"Pokémon TCG Live is available in a select number of regions. Attempting to access the game and any of its features from outside of the participating regions may impact game function or result in errors. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer support for any gameplay issues since it appears that you are accessing the game from an ineligible region."
