Can't access Fezandipiti ex

I pulled one but I don't have the option to select it for my deck, the card and any alt cards aren't selectable either, I have tried looking at owned, not owned, and all but this specific card just doesn't pop up.

You mean the counter for those cards shows zero? Or you have 1 or more and you can't just add it to the deck?
