Cards Didn’t Transfer from TCG Online

I tried transferring my cards from TCG online. After saying “transfer complete” I had no cards transfer over. How can this be fixed I had a lot of good cards that I would like to use.

    when building a deck, turn on the expanded filter, though any cards pre Black/White will not be transferred.

    All cards, not Expanded. Expanded will only show SM-on.

    I got TCG Live yesterday and am having the same issue.

    I chose to migrate my TCG Online collection when I downloaded the app, but nothing is showing up. There's no option to migrate anymore either, so I'm stuck...

    I transferred everything and I don’t show any of my black and white and XY era cards in my collection; including when I have the filter for “all” selected
