error 15

why do i keep getting login issues when i try to login to anything, tcg live doesn't let me login as soon as i put in my info it send me to the ''error 15, access denied'' idk what i did but i don't see why i can't play the game if i haven't even got to try to play it yet

    I understand your frustration. I recommend reporting this directly through our official channels by opening a ticket with the support team. You can do so by visiting https://support.pokemon.com/ then click the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link. From there, click "Contact Us."
