i have three 1 star full art charmanders now. Would really like the bulbasaur or squirtle versions. But i only want to trade 1 as i use the other two in my charizard deck… dont really care which one. Just whichever one is offered to trade first.

I heard some players use another device to create a new account, open packs on it, and then trade desired cards to their main account. Then, they will delete the new account. Will players doing such behavior receive bans? Can a staff member confirm if these actions are allowed?
