unable to login to my PTCGO game
i have been having this issue for quite some time when i enter my username and password and click login instead of logging in it show me this dialogue box saying "servers are currently offline or your network connection is not active. visit pokemon.com/tcgo for information on server status" someone please help me.

How to shuffle cards with sleeves?
I seem to have trouble trying to do a bridge type shuffle with cards in sleeves. What's the normal way these are shuffled at competition? Just an over hand shuffle? How many times to consider well mixed? I could probably watch some competition videos to see but also wanted to ask.
