Forum "Groups"
If you scroll to the bottom of the discussions page, there is a thing called "Groups". But when I click it, it says "Page not found". What were the groups before they got removed, and why were they removed? (Didn't know which category to put this in)
Is it actually possible to delete support tickets?
If for example a request goes nowhere over the years and I give authorization to delete it. Whom should I reach to?

That icon of an envelope at the top right here… Is it supposed to work like an inbox or something? For some reason, I can't seem to write messages to others that way, when normally it's possible like elsewhere. Yet, I haven't got a message from that inbox for the first time, either.
