Updating incorrect date of birth?

Hello, I recently realized that the date on my account is off (selected 18 instead of 8) and i did not catch it until now. How do I go about getting this corrected, and how long would it take? I was hoping to sign up for regionals and luckily caught this prior. Thank you in advance!

    Hello @JWR1999, we recommend getting in touch with the support team to check into updating your date of birth. To create a ticket, go to support.pokemon.com, select the appropriate game link and then contact us.
