Wellllll, only three out of five of us were there for the first part.... which meant we didn't get to play. So we played quicks while waiting for everyone. We had already locked in our team roster and they don't allow substitutes so that was all we could do. THANKFULLY during the last half hour our missing teammates showed up and we had time for a couple of tournament rounds. I believe the team I was on meshes better the more we've been playing together (Same team for the past few tournaments). We don't use voice chat, but I play ranked with them individually at different times and all of us together have played casuals and quicks. Four of us were the first four in the squad CP started a while ago. Anyways, we ended up in close matches, one loss one win, so it was a wash. However, that gave us enough points to receive rewards of.... 3 Gold Emblems and 4,500 tickets each! So totally worth the time. Plus playing quicks ahead of actual tournament matches with CP and our other teammate, was fun! 🙂. (Thank you for asking, @Smellykiki )

Did you, a teammate, or an opponent use Quaquaval...?

Actually, not in the tournament, but as we were waiting, our friend (name starts with a C and isn't CP) had unlocked Quaquaval days ago via the gift exchange free trial so he danced around in Shivre city a few times. I had to join in the fun and went with my singing sparkly black dressed Jigglypuff and CP went with singing Skeledirge so we basically had a performing fighting troupe with ✨sparkles✨, flare, and flames at Shivre for a round of fun pretournament.

Gasp That sounds so fun! Got the beautiful duet with the fabulous dancer! What a great trio! I can't wait to get that duck… (I said that happily, trailing off as I imagine using him)

Hmmmm which ones do you play and enjoy the most? I would go that route to put on your favorite device assuming you leave about 3GB free for future updates (even though the updates are smaller than 3gb, the updater needs extra room to work properly). Then I would put the one you don't play as often on a secondary device. OR I would put the one that needs rhe most room on a secondary device. However, double check RAM specifications to make sure the older device can handle the more RAM intensive games. Hope that helps!

Shakespeare probably would have, but I needed to rhyme with "D" @fineasmatei yes, she has a post here in her page about it. I was trying to ask when it was because I wanted to join her team if I could make time for it but I never got a response...

It was on Father's Day. I'm sorry, you missed it fifi 🥺. It's an online in-game tournament, not at a location so anyone can form a team and play in it. You could have even been a "team" of one person (I've done that before) or a team of two to three people (I've done that too with CP). Those ones basically are like playing ranked where you get matched with random real people. I played this time on a team of 5 against another team of 5. That's where it gets tricky and challenging because I'm assuming everyone has played with their teammates before and/or they talk or know how each other play. All the matches are like the master level of ban/draft style. So you may not get to be who you want to play as. The team we were up against used Hoopa and a Dhelmise, which was different for me, but fortunately CP has played with our team as Hoopa many times and I'm very familiar with Dhelmise so they were easier to anticipate though still challenging. (I haven't seen too much of either of those being used in ranked lately).

Ah, okay. Well, next time there's a tournament I would like to know what the usual time amount is because if I can make it work I'd love to play with y'all (if you'd have me)

Oooohhhhh, I sincerely apologize @Hades0918 ! I tried to give everyone heads-up a few days ago.... Yeah, the times were listed in-game, but next tournament in four weeks I'll do better at posting times. Maybe I'll even make a reminder thread in the general or Unite section. (I still hesitate to post there for some strange reason... 😬, people are aggressive there in that section of the forums and that brings out my argumentative/defensive side). The team I'm on has been together for a while now. If anyone leaves or doesn't want to play in the next one I will definitely let you know! Funny, I remember making a post about allowing us to have a substitute list if teammates are no shows or back out at the last minute due to real life stuff.....

Tournament times vary but it's an open type format meaning your team can queue up for matchmaking anytime during the allotted hours. However, you may have to wait anywhere from mere seconds to over 15minutes for a matchmaking, then you go into the ban phase, then the picking/draft phase where I believe all licenses are unlocked! CP and I like to be there at the start so we can get as many matches in as possible or until we've all had enough, lol.

Great! So Google Never Gonna Give You Up (should automatically go to his song) then select it, going to YouTube. Once watching it on YouTube in the browser, select the three dots in the top right corner. Go down to something along the lines of "Save, Copy, and Share." Go through those options for a "Create QR code." You save the QR code, have someone scan it, and they will immediately be taken to a Rick Role!

Sigh D, I can't answer that because I don't know when I'll get on. I Just randomly do when I can... Also, I found out I can do most of the quests by myself! Wigglytuff, Zacian, Ceruledge, 2 games as All-Rounder, and score 6 goals are the most common ones I see for Quaquaval and Skeledirge. However, I'm not all that good at Zacian so if that quest pops up again I might be asking for help. However, I don't have any Quaquaval dice anymore! I have to wait until tonight when log in bonuses are given for day three dice. I could work on Skeledirge (which has a quest to play Ceruledge) but I have my coding class today. So... yeah.

Yay!!!! The UI (user interface) might take some getting used to though. Today's quick is Shivre and that's a fun one to get used to things on 🙂.

I sometimes use my attack in the wrong direction and I don't like that Basic attack immediately goes to nearby real opponent (for the Switch there's a button for opponents and another for NPCs when attacking) but other than that I really like it on mobile! It runs a lot smoother than the Switch.

Theres a button on switch to change??? I thougt only mobile had that. go to setings and enable advanced atacks i think its called

Yep, @fineasmatei is correct, @Hades0918 . Check out the gameplay settings... You can change a lot of things and customize it to your preferences.

I don't have Unite chat. Anyways, I mean the Switch has two separate buttons for it. Press A to target the nearest enemy. Press B to target the nearest NPC. There's only one Basic Attack button on phone.

You can change the layouts of your buttons on screen to do what you're describing on mobiles.... Did you check the gameplay settings?

I didn't notice the little button to hit NPCs...

Its a setting to auto target wilds or opponents first. Also a different setup allows a little button with opponents icons to appear on your button side so you can pick which to auto target. (I dont use that). The cool thing is with the regular setup at least, you can still direct your attack by holding and slightly rotating your thumb towards that which you want to attack. Or just tap it to auto target per your set preferences.
