These cards are available on PTCGL. But for some reason, which they haven't fixed since the first beta release, these cards are in the Pokemon section and not the Trainer section

Yep. Just happened to me. Saw this thread and realise waiting wasnt going to help the situation. I hate transfering my account to PTCGL now. I do not get how with every new patch to fix something another bug gets added. Like how does something like this get past bug checks. And with some bugs they haven't been fixed at…

ive had this problem multiple times to me. you cant really use raichu until its fixed. honestly knowing how they roll out updates this probably wont be fixed till the next set comes out. or at least when the battle pass gets updated

@Flagrama yes. I attacked with Arceus VSTAR and search my deck for energy cards. Then I attacked with Goodra VSTAR to the same Blissey V and they didn't draw any extra, unwanted cards
