Error code 10011

I have been unable to log into the game for three weeks, and error code 10011 keeps appearing. I can't log in on both my phone and computer. I've also sent emails to customer support, but there has been no response. I've been playing on this account for five years. Hope my account issue can be resolved quickly.

    I put a response into the support section and they basically responded with "its under investigation" hopefully that means it is indeed being investigated and be resolved quickly. I've also seen several others with this same problem so it better be fixed soon 😅

    Are you talking about Pokemon Go? I was able to login just fine into Pokemon Go until yesterday and tried all night trying to login and even today, still nothing. It won't let me login into any of my accounts, I don't know the Niantic Kids account and forgot the password for Pokemon Trainer's Club. All the other accounts, it says, "This account has failed to authenticate. Please try again later or try a different linked account."

    It won't even let me use a password or email for my google, not even Facebook. This has been going on for two days now. I tried factory resetting my phone, deleting and adding my email again and again, adding permissions. What am I doing that is wrong? Why does Pokemon Go do this?

    It appears to be an account issue. Not sure why or how to fix it. The account is not deleted because I was able to send a friend request to my locked account (I have the same issue). Best thing to do is to create another temporary account to play on instead. How to log out of Live without uninstalling it is by going to your pokemon account page, Authorized Apps, then deny Pokemon TCG Live. It should allow you to re-enter your account so this is where you'll login to your backup

    I haven't been able to log into the game for a month. Every time I try, error code 10011 appears. I sent an email to customer service over three weeks ago, but have not received any response. I'm not sure if they have addressed this issue. I still can't log in despite the recent updates.

    I am currently creating another account and can play the game without any issues. I don't know when this problem with my original account will be resolved.
