Mewtwo is a legendary, so no. Galarian Articuno was on my team in the past. It did wel, but also a legendary so no usage in regulation H.

Torkoal is a good one, if you use it on a sun team ( as Torkoal sets the sun up with it's ability). We don't know what the new Legends Z-A will bring, but I prefer more regular good Pokémon than another mystical. The mystical Pokémon is just a sitting duck in Pokémon home. You' can't use it most of the time.
