Is ceruledge even good in pokemon vgc? Specially in doubles?

I don't know if it's good in Doubles, but it's still a pretty good fast physical attacker. Especially in singles.

It's not a bad Pokémon, but the problem is that Incineroar is to popular. It takes the Fire slot in most people's team, and not only that, but Intimidate gives problems to Ceruledge. I tried to make a build with assault vest, because of it's signatures draining move that is basically one of the best drainage moves in the game. It's weakness to Intimidate makes it not a good pick. Chandelure would be a better pick, if you search something similar.
