Pokémon TCG Live will be offline for maintenance from 16:00 ~ 24:00 (UTC) on November 11, 2025.
The Code Card Redemption Website will also be briefly offline from 16:00 ~ 19:00 during the above maintenance window.

Are everyone's games disconnecting or stalling?
Over the last day, almost every game ends in a stall (no actions possible, timer keeps going without timeout) or I get the "You have logged in on another device, so this device has been disconnected" notice, even though there's been no such login. I'm not seeing reports of others experiencing this, so is this something on my end? I made sure all of my clients (I play on a Mac, a PC, or my Android device) are logged out except for the one I'm playing on. Help!

Recently, lots of people have been canceling battles since they seemed to be losing, so it may have been the person you were battling was spamming the concede button

No, this is the game failing. An has been happening. Freezing an now this! Been a problem for months. Have sent in tickets, nothing has been done. Just new updates an no fix. I dont get it. Play matches an they constantly freeze or lose connection an cant finish them.
