Pokemon Recovery with Gardevoir EX

I am sick of losing because of this. Pokemon recovery cards such as Klara, Miriam, and now super rod make it so that when you play that pokemon that turn that you usually can't psychic mirage to it. It seems pretty random. I don't like having to play around it and the bug doesn't even make sense. I kind of get the Klara because it goes right into your hand, but why does the shuffling not get rid of it?

    It's a horrible bug, isn't it? This bug has been reported many times for weeks, but there has been no action. I won't consider playing the game again until they fix this.
