The story of Icarus is tragically amazing
I also like the fact Icarus connects to the Minotaur and Labyrinth, two amazing stories
Odysseus' story with the Cyclops, calling himself "Nobody" is hilarious as well as ingenious
The man that cheated d3@th, aka Thantos, and now has to push a boulder up a hill for the rest of eternity is funny to me because of the amount of effort the man put into avoiding him, get told he doesn't actually have to d13 if he gets the rock to the top, just to find out the system is rigged and it's impossible
One guy had a great relationship with the g0ds and often had them over for dinner. He wanted to take some of their ambrosia and nectar, the special food and drink of the g0ds, to the moral realm. Upset when the g0ds said no, he cooked his offspring and fed him to them. Enraged, his eternal punishment is he is surrounded by food and water and is starving and parched, but he can't make contact with the items to cure it.
I spoiled that because it's more on the darker side of the stories
Apollo and Artemis' birth is funny because their mother was cursed to never give birth on any stationary land (I don't remember exact phrasing) so she found an island that drifts at see. Because it's not what the curse says, she could give birth on it.
Hephaestus' birth is funny to me, as well as the revenge he got when he finally made it to Mount Olympus. I also like his revenge on Aphrodite and Ares (if you know you know)
The creation of humans, the giving to humans of f1re, the creation of the lyre, and the story of the g0ds conquering the Titans are some other good stories

My number one favorite is, as my name suggests, Hades, g0d of the Underworld
Two is Apollo, g0d of the sun, prophecies, chemistry, archery, and music to name a few things
Third is Artemis, g0dess of the moon, the hunt, and archery
