Steam was running a download in the background for me. Paused download and that fixed it for me

I'm facing the same issue here. Just got the error message today. Tried re-installing but still the same issue. Sent a ticket to the support team too and waiting a reply now.

Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon TCG Live from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the right side of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
