Purple card glitch
I have no idea why but some cards are just purple. It’s been a few trainers and pokemon. Not all trainers and pokemon tho. I can’t seem to find a pattern but random cards are just purple.

I have my cards turn purple or black an random times when scrolling through them

Close the game and reopen it, that's how I fixed that bug a little over a week ago when it happened mid tournament. (fortunately, I quickly discovered that it was Solrock that was glitched, and was able to continue the game, but still, annoying.)

So annoying. This week, it's happened about every other time I log in (and in the past, sporadically happens). Abra and Kadabra and psychic energy and Lillie's have been affected often. It's really hard to play a game like this. Sometimes you can tell what the card is using the battle log, but not always. I'm forced to guess by the position of the card in my hand, and whether it looks like it can be played and where.
Not sure why this perennial bug has not been addressed. The mods always say to send a support ticket, but who has time for that.

I've had this happen in the past. It still sometimes does, but not often.
I've had one where my entire deck was blank, so I had to guess by memory where each card I needed was and what was what by position in my hand. I still won that match!
What does happen often, though, is I'll press build a new deck and all the cards will either be blank or have the Pokémon logo on it. I just exit the app and come back in and it is usually fixed.

This will help our team look into the visual glitch and get it resolved.
