I dont think it the content that makes it E+10 I think its the dificulty I dont think young kids will understand how to do the boss battles my little brother could only do the first two by himself.

I understand that it can be ambiguous in text form, but I thought the absurdity of the suggestion would make it obvious that it was a joke.
I should have chucked in a few "😄😉🙃", then maybe people would pick up on it.

I think its 10+ because of dificulty.

More like mature storytelling and the changes in gameplay from turn based to action.
