electivire + kingambit deck
I like a deck combo of electrivire from crown zenith and kingambit from obsidian flames.
The electrivier does 50 damage to all of the other persons bench for two electric energies and one colorless which is great on its own. Kingambit one hit KOs the active Pokemon if it has 4 or more damage counters for one single metal type energy. So combining them would make a perfect deck. By also adding absol from crown zenith which for one dark energy does 10 damage to the bench on the other side and for one dark and one colorless energy it does 50 damage and if it has damage counters on it it does +70 atack so it does 120 damage total. What do you guys think of this.

With Electrivire being a stage 2, this deck is going to take a hot minute to set up. If you can get absol out on turn 1, you can establish a good hit for the first two turns.
I combo'd Kingambit with floslass and munkidori from twilight masquerade. This allows for passive damage counter build up and stacks towards mid to late game.
I have decent success with this deck, but it can be difficult to pilot and you'll wanna play cards that benefit you when your pokemon are knocked out early game like Iono, hassal, and counter catcher.
I believe a deck like that won a major somewhat recently but these are built specifically for standard and there is likely other cards that could be replaced in that deck.

I like your idea with the froslass+munkidori+kingambit.
Some things to know is that electrivire is a stage 1, Froslass' ability only works on pokemon with abilities exept for froslass so you need more pokemon with abilities instead of only munkidori to put more than 1-4 damage counters a turn, one last thing is that this deck idea is for expanded format because the electivire and the absol are from the sword and shield crown zenith pack.

Here's something.
Hisuian Samorout (correct spelling if needed) VSTAR.
Its ability puts I think four marks on any opposing Pokémon, immediately setting things up beautifully.
Obviously, you can only use one VSTAR ability/attack per games, but the ability should still take damage from Froslass, so it will still help you.

I like this idea.
Hisuian Samurott VSTAR also does 110+110 damage if the oponents pokemon has damage counters on it so it could also work.
