I lost my account forever. I am heartbroken

Long story short, I had to delete my data because the game wasn't working. Unfortunately, I forgot the email name that was used to make my account. I contacted customer support, provided them with my friend number, my name, credit card purchases on the account, everything. They simply said in a sentence "Sorry, we can't do anything. Thanks for playing Pokemon!". This hurt me so much. With so little care and closing the case so easily. I feel disposable.
I have been playing every day since it soft launched in New Zealand. I have over 6k+ cards. My heart is shattered. I can't start over again. I will never be able to play this game again knowing I have to start over, it's too much mental fatigue.

I get this completely.
I have games that I spent years building, collecting, making memories, and come back and progress be gone!
It hurts. I'm not gonna spend the time redoing it. Especially when I know I once had this and remember what it used to be. It just hurts.
But this should be fixable! You shouldn't have to go through this! You have your exact ID number and banking information. There is literally no way neither of those are in their system and can't be used to get your profile back.
You don't deserve this!
