I need Ideas for a Pokemon racing game
They have a Sonic racing game, a Mario racing game, and a Kirby racing game, but what about Pokemon? And also, would the Pokemon be the racers, or the trainers be the racers and the Pokemon be like the vehicles?

How about something that's inspired by Mario Kart let alone sonic racing. Like a Kart racing game.

when you are trying to pass someone you can challenge them to a pokemon battle (while riding) if you win you get an increase in speed for a while why the opponents speed goes down for a while you have 6 (or 3) pokemon with you if all of your pokemon faint you are disqualified from the race

Here's an idea
The Pokémon are their own racing vehicle
For example, Charizard as a character flies and Pikachu runs
Each Pokémon has abilities they can use after passing through a small power block
For example Charizard could go through a Flare block and get something like Flare Blitz and Pikachu can go through a Zap block and get Volt Tackle
Each coarse could be based on a place on the Pokémon map. Any region.
I personally would love to race around Lavender Town and Lumios City!

There already is one, but it wasn't very popular. There's also the Pokéathlon racing\running minigame in HGSS.

No offense, but I am SO sick of racing games. Mario Kart, sure. Kirby, meh, but Kirby can fit. Sonic, SEGA, you guys literally made the Ex-Gear for racing. And you put them in CARS?! So please no Pokémon racing game. I'm imagining Pikachu in a go-kart and I hate it.
