Anyone know why some of the redeemed TCG codes don't appear in TCG Live? =(
or what happens to them.. They didn't appear for me... :* (

We need more info on what kinds of code cards you redeemed. We’re they codes you get from packs or codes from other products like checklane blister packs or three-pack blisters?
If it’s the latter, those promos should be added to your collection automatically (but it’s entirely possible that they were lost to a glitch, the SVI Build & Battle boxes suffered from this).

Hello there! They were codes from Evolving Skies booster packs. I'm very new to Pokemon TCG online/live, so I might've made some mistakes along the way. Thanks for taking time to answer... This is also my first time scanning code cards, so I didn't know what to expect.
Maybe something happened to them? Situation:
The first 10 I scanned seemed to disappear after I accidentally started a "Casual" and standard battle. When the packs were opening I must've clicked out of it somehow and it proceeded to commence the battle. Then I immediately surrendered to get out of that battle.
Then I tried scanning several more, and those opened when I went into my TCG Live account, but when I scanned some more afterwards those ones disappeared...
I also tried to find a place to find the unopened virtual packs...
Then I tried scanning them all a 2nd time and they would say that they're been redeemed but are not appearing when I log into TCG Live : *(
What do you think happened to them? There's a lot I don't know. Would appreciate any feedback.
