Soft Locks in Battle

Hey just started playing this game the other week, I'm loving it so far and have over 100 matches played.

In at least 10 of these games (so about 10%) I have gotten soft-locked at one point or another where no actions can be taken by me. The gamestate seems to freeze but I can still access the battle log and see that from there my turn ended and my opponent played some more cards etc. But none of this happened visibly in the game world.

The only things I can do are concede or force-quit the application. I'm playing on a Samsung Tab S9 btw.

I really love the depth this game has but this bug is making me want to go back to PTCGP. I'm a video game programmer myself so would be happy to talk more about this with a dev or QC, thanks!

    Funny thing is thats what i was just coming onto the forums to post about. Game still freezing during matches. Hopefully something will get done an they can fix it.

    This is something that has been happening for months now. Game freezing up. For me, alot of the time it will just completely freeze an get stuck in the last motion. But have had lots of times where it does the samething that you have said. I can tap on my cards an everything, but its just stuck that way. Usually i think my opponent is taking a long time to do something, only to realize that its froze. Sometimes if i choose an expression on the avatar it will completely freeze.

    I have made posts about this issue an have sent in some tickets to support. But nothing has been done to fix the problem. It will happen atleast once , everytime i play.

    Support always says its my connection. But its not. Playing on my wifi an it still happens. Just have to restart the game an start a new match. It sucks. Especially when your into a good match up an have time into it and then boom!.…freezes up.
