Is anyone else Unable to buy Aeos Gems?

The Store just WONT load. It shows me the options but not the prices, I press the option and it says loading FOREVER, customer support seems to think I’m asking for a refund when I’m asking for help and I’m just really tired of this.
I’ve tried clearing the cache, deleting and reinstalling the game multiple times. Updating the switch, the game, reinstalling again, nothing has worked. At all.
