Whimsicott Ex isn´t playable

I tried to use whimsicott ex in a new deck yesterday and I notice it can't be put in play by the hand and also by a nest ball, I did't try by effect of attack, but I tought it was just a little bug, today I tried again and it didn't work, hop bug team fix it soon I really want to try new strategies with it
