Memory Light bug - Starly & Staraptor
I came across a bug where if you attach memory light to Staraptor, and try to use the pluck attack from Starly, it only does damage. However, the added effect of removing the opponent's Pokemon tool does not activate. In my case this was against a Nihilego equiped with a Poison Barb
Is this an intended mechanic? If not, I think this needs to be checked.

The same exact bug occured to me, It would be so werid if it was intended, is someone trying to fix this?
This occured to me vs Darkrai EX with the +20 HP item in the Zoroark CPU Battle Event
