Bug: Zacian ex SVP 198

Zacian ex's Slashing Strike states "During your next turn, this Pokémon can't use Slashing Strike".

But I am able to use Slashing Strike 2 turns in a row without switching.

(this is about the promo Zacian ex, not Hop's Zacian ex)

  I guess this has not been issued yet since today my opponent used Slashing Strike 3 times in a row without any reset in his side and no gusting on mine…
