Why do I not get anything for redeeming a ETB code card?

The code is accepted in the redeem screen for the ETB, but when I return to the Pokémon tcg live app, nothing is there. I have logged off and back on and still no luck.

If you redeem from the web site only the packs show on login to open. The ETB do not show on login like the packs, but the ETB products are still added to your collection if you search for the ETB items you will see they are there. If you still don't see them change the filters to all.
