Cheating on Ladder

Just finished a game in which I decked out despite having 3 cards remaining in deck when passing to my opponent for the final time.

I was playing Miraridon-Flaafy against Lost Box. We each had 2 prizes remaining. My full HP MagnezoneVMax with 3[L] attached was active. I had 2 Flaafy (1 with 10 damage), a Miraidon, and a Raichu V benched. Raichu and Miraidon had enough energy to attack, each Flaafy had no energy attached at the time.

It's my opponent's turn. I had already KO'd one Sableye. The opponent used the second Sableye to place 120 damage on my benched RaichuV to setup the win next turn. Like every late game Lost Box player, there were 10-12 cards in their hand. There were 3 Comfeys and a Manaphy on the opponent's bench.

It was now my turn. I had a Judge, an Ultra Ball, 2[L] Energy, a Boss, an Electric Generator, and a Switch Cart in hand [7 total cards in hand]. There's 2 Research, a Boss, 2[L] Energy, Zapdos, and another card (Boss or a Serena, if memory serves) in my deck [7 total cards in deck]. Beach Court was in play.

I knew the play was to Judge before taking the KO on the Sableye and hope they don't find Klara. Before that, I played Ultra Ball for the Zapdos, discarding the 2[L], but kept the Zapdos in hand. [5 in hand, 6 in deck]. I was looking to thin the deck to increase the odds of hitting double Energy on the last Generator so I'd be able to put 4 Energy on my Flaafy in one turn to cover retreat costs, even if my opponent were to miss Klara but be able to remove Beach Court next turn (hadn't seen a Lost Vacuum yet, but assumed they played one).

I play the Generator and hit both remaining Energy [now 4 in hand 4 in deck] to put 2 Energy on one Flaafy and use both Flaafy to put 2 Energy on the other Flaafy so I was now fully covered for any stall my opponent might try if they miss the Klara. I proceed to play Judge, leaving me with 4 cards in hand and 3 in deck, before taking the KO on the Sableye.

My opponent plays out their turn, finds their Radiant Greninja finally, and is able to draw back up to like 11 or 12 cards in hand on that last turn. It was nuts. During their turn, they played an Escape Rope to get their third Comfey into the active, I switched in Miraidon (who again, had the 3 Energy attached). The opponent finally passes to me.

Rather than draw for turn, going to 5 in hand with 2 in deck, there is a lag spike (just a couple seconds, but everything completely freezes) before I have all 7 cards in hand and "Defeat" on screen.

Can't imagine this is a glitch. Guess I need to start doing a better job playing attention to the names of the people I play to report them. OR PTCGL could implement a match history, or at least a match log like PTCGO had to help take care of this sort of thing.

This is the worst PTCGL has been for me since switching over from PTCGO upon the release of SV, both in terms of bugs, and now blatant cheating. Nice to see things are going so well before the forced migration.

It's a glitch. Your game desynced due to a connection or server issue.

My connection with my ISP and to the server were solid. And nowhere near 60 seconds passed for a timeout to have occurred.

Even if it was a desync/disconnect issue, I wouldn't have been forced to draw my 3 remaining cards to lose by deck-out. That's not what happens when you DC.
