Why I cannot attach energy on my Zacian V by Gardevoir ex?

Please explain !!!! It cause me lost the battle! Wasting my time!!

There's a bug. The devs finally figured out how to set flags, and ended up stupidly using a flag to determine if the Pokemon has enough HP to be attached to. As a result, you can't attach to a Pokemon if it was KO'd the previous turn and brought back.

This just happened to me. I could not attach to my active Gardevoir (Chilling Reign) using Gardevoir ex because it was a card I shuffled back into the deck the same turn using Miriam. What an incredibly frustrating glitch!!
