Downgrading Beam not working.

I used downgrading beam in two matches and it didn't work. It lets you select the evolved pokémon, but it doesn't remove any evolution cards. Is this because they were ex Pokémon?

    It's been broken for a while. Since it's not a good card, don't expect a fix anytime soon.
