    This topic did not go where I was expecting when I opened it. Is this a Pokédex trivia thing, or are you just asking for our opinions and head canons?

    I was going to say that I lost track of all the Pokémon names around gen 3, but that doesn't even really relate to the topic now.

    I would imagine that a lot of grass types would have nice scents, but we know from the animal world a lot of different animals can have materials or organs within their bodies very useful for scent making. Ambergris being one obvious example.
