What Pokemon would be the best chef?

This one may be a little odd, so hear me out. Alolan Raticate.
Its Moon dex entry states, "This gourmet Pokémon is particular about the taste and freshness of its food. Restaurants where Raticate live have a good reputation," so clearly, it's going to know when the food is best. Maybe we could have some sort of Ratatouille-ish thing going on?
Others I was thinking about include Indeedee:
"It uses the horns on its head to sense the emotions of others. Males will act as valets for those they serve, looking after their every need." — Sword
This would probably include meal-making. With their psychic powers, they'll hardly even do any work.
Slurpuff:
"Pastry chefs love having a Slurpuff in the kitchen. With its incredibly sensitive nose, it can tell exactly when a dessert is baked to perfection." — Pokémon Super Deluxe Essential Handbook
I checked, this Pokédex entry isn't in any games, but is similar to Slurpuff's X Pokédex entry.
Pansear:
"Very intelligent, it roasts berries before eating them. It likes to help people." — Black 2/White 2
I feel like Pansear, with a bit of practice, could probably learn to cook really well!
Magmortar:
Crispin has a Magmortar.
"Use of a strange item caused this Pokémon to evolve. Fireballs launched from the ends of its tubelike arms are hot enough to melt an iron pot in an instant." — Legends: Arceus
On second thought, maybe not.
Octillery:
With its dexterous tentacles and its ability to learn Flamethrower (through TM), it would probably be able to handle even cooking multiple things at once! Plus, with its Water-type moves, it can cool things off if something goes wrong. There was even an Octillery cooking food in Detective Pikachu (the movie)!1 -
Speaking of Alcremie, I've heard it's pretty tasty. Maybe with some Fidough and some Hydrapple apple slices..

The juice can be turned into a sauce which is used more commonly than the juice. You don't eat chips with tomato juice.
