Pokémon TCG Live will be offline for maintenance from 16:00 ~ 24:00 (UTC) on November 11, 2025.
The Code Card Redemption Website will also be briefly offline from 16:00 ~ 19:00 during the above maintenance window.

The game won't start (Windows11)

after the game asks me about my username and my password, it starts loading for a bit gets stuck for a minute at 44/48, then gives me an error and sends me back to the sign in page
