Gaming on Nintendo switch 2

I heard that the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet gets quite an upgrade on the NS2. I'm rather curious.

I don't own one myself, but from what I've seen, loading seems faster. That's about it. It doesn't fix all of SV's many problems, but it looks to be a better experience. I wouldn't run out and buy a Switch 2 for it, though.

I saw someone play it on a Switch 2 recently and I didn't really notice a big difference. The biggest difference is just the loading time being faster. I don't understand why people are acting like that saved Scarlet and Violet, they're still really empty and ugly open worlds.

There are a number of people who maintain that SV were masterpieces of game design, they were just unfortunately a little buggy at launch.
I am not talking about the people who simply like the game, in spite of its flaws. You like what you like, and I wouldn't want to take that away from you. I am talking about the people who deny the existence of any flaws beyond the graphical and performance ones.
Which to Game Freak's credit, it did improve with patches. Not fix entirely, but it's not as bad.
But to those people, I think they believe the Switch 2 improvements means that the games are now perfect and the best in the series. The only reason you could have any criticism is because you just want to hate it.
So I think we will see a portion of the community now claim that the Switch 2 entirely redeemed SV. We will probably see the dreaded "wasn't as bad as you think" video essays pop up, with the S2 improvements as the justification.
But that will be short lived with Z-A coming out in four months.
