Bug concerning Spidops EX

In my last game, I was unable to act or attack with Spidops EX. I'm not sure how to report the bug in game in case it happens again.

    Was your Pokémon under paralized condition?

    While a Pokemon is paralyzed you cannot attack or retreat on that turn.

    This condition is removed at the end of your turn, or if you switch to bench, you can also remove the condition with some specific cards.

    Thank you for your reply. It was a few days ago, so if it happens again in the future, I will check for status effects. I appreciate the comment and info.
