Probably re-experiencing Pokemon Y, was my first one and had a good story.
But man Pokemon doesn't really have moments where its the first experience that matters the most. From another game a notable experience to play through is Halo Reach, a game about sacrifice.0 -
The twist of beating the Elite Four and discovering that there was one more battle to fight, and it was my rival, was a pretty big moment.
But honestly nothing compares to the first time I picked my starter in the first games. Starting a new adventure with a new starter is always a fun feeling, but nothing matches the first time.
I thought I would pick Charmander because I like dragons and had Red Version, but my love of the one in sunglasses in the anime made me pivot.

I remember when I got Pokemon Sun as a kid.
My brother told me he’d get me all 3 starters, so after I decided on Litten as my main one, he got the other two, and gave them to me later.
Pokemon Sun is by far my favourite and the starters are too.
