Koraidon ex Wild Impact

I’m just including the last 3 turns but I have the whole battle log if needed. Koraidon’s attack says “during your next turn this pokemon can’t attack.” But my opponent was able to swing with it anyways. I don’t think they had two Koraidon ex down, or at least not both with enough energy for the attack.
