Bugged card texture not working???

So I was in a match right and I drew a card from Iono and it was showing the back of the card and when i presset it it showed me something purple and the game got stuck and i couldnt do anything and my opponed used iono and i lost because of that bug this have happened 2 times before and it is very annoying and i don't know how to fix it please help😓

Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon TCG Live from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the right side of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket.
