The 2 biggest issues i'm currently experiencing on PTCGL happen fairly regularly.
- I'll go to search out a card and whether I'm on PC or Phone sometimes I wont be able to select one of the options (Ex. I'll use Battle VIP Pass see Radiant Greninja as an option but when I go to click or drag him he won't budge so i'll have to grab differents mons).
- I'll go to attack and my mon will just float there. The attack will never go through and my mon will float there until my opponent attacks. This happens on both mobile and PC. It basically skips my turn all together.

Yes, those have probably been the most common bugs for a while and the support is aware of it, at list they said they were going to inform the dev team about it.
