[Pokémon TCG Live] Maintenance Notice

Pokémon TCG Live will be offline for maintenance from 16:00 ~ 24:00 (UTC) on November 11, 2025.
The Code Card Redemption Website will also be briefly offline from 16:00 ~ 19:00 during the above maintenance window.

I cannot find my 151 cards when I make a new deck.

If you are still experiencing issues with viewing certain cards, please contact our support team directly at this link with further information.
Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon TCG Live from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the right side of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket. Thank you!
