Froslass Distributing Damage Counters Bug

The Screenshot says it all, I knocked out his Fezandipiti, he placed his Goldengho in active, then Frolass ability but he's Gho just didn't got distributed a damage counter. Just gamebreaking because it was game.

  From the logs and the screen it looks like it only added damage counters to one of the Gholdengos... the benched one doesn't have any counters on it.
